Timing is important in every aspect of your day, how you use your time and how you dedicate your time is crucial in order to maintain consistency and dedication to whatever it is you plan and want from your journey

As an example if it is a work project you need to be realistic in how you use your time, you must know that fitting other things into your day for basic needs such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, meal prep etc including ongoing tasks such as finances, family and relationships is going to chip away at your time not to mention the time in your mind.

Be prepared and plan, bullet points, calendars, notes, basic life strategies in order to reduce stress and over compensating later down the line

Use time frames and be organised, communicate this to others in order to be focused and without niggling guilts of the everyday issues you will face along the way...
