how do I do it? where do I start? how do I come home and be that ?
how do I relax? how do I enjoy myself? can I do it all at the same time? am I coping? how do I cope ? does anyone else go through this?
how do I be that person?
It's balance, that is all it is, it is moments of not being "that" for a moment and being all those questions as a person looking in and not looking out
take a moment and re think, its only you thinking that, and the sooner you realise that, the mind releases itself to a level of equilibrium. sleep on it and ask the questions again tomorrow
