Since when did society become so sedentary that taking a 30 minute walk has become exercise? and since when did eating real food become dieting?
It blows my mind the thought of people having this mindset
Please if you ever read this, rewire your thinking on those two things
Eating healthy is not a diet, going for a walk is not exercise
not going for a walk is because you eat bad food and you have no energy
I like pork chops, I love the fat on the pork chop its delicious, I never dislike the taste of a pork chop, ever! therefore I will cook myself a pork chop and I will do this many times a week. Occasionally I will have a sweet potato to go with it but if I'm really hungry I just have two pork chops, I also like steak, so I will cook a steak, I like cheese, so I eat cheese, I like eggs, so I cook eggs, I like olives, so I eat olives, I like mixed nuts, not that keen on cashews so I leave them
but you get where I'm going with this...right?
